Dear CEO, Are You Naked?

As CEO, the very nature of your position commands respect.  Sometimes, too much respect.  So much respect, that it may be distorting your perspective.

When reporting to you, do your people provide you with what you need to know, or… Do they color the facts? Do they spin? Do they omit? Do they prefer to tell you what they think you would like to hear?

And how would you know one way or the other?

Even George Bush has been victimized by the phenomenon of his advisors’ optimistic portrayals. This daily reality can hinder or even disable your company from achieving success as you’ve defined it, or taking it from good to great.

Do you need someone to help you identify the true nature of your company’s challenges along with viable, doable, reasonable solutions - but perhaps not always the preferred solutions – strong medicine is often bitter.

Do you need to be challenged?  Asked the tough questions?  Have someone deliver the news - good and bad?  Do you want to find a resource that won’t waste your time, resources, or delay your company’s future taking the easy way out?

If you do, please consider picking up the phone and calling for your 90 minute consultation.  But be sure to be ready to hear that you’re naked and needing some new clothes….if it needs to be said.  Call 404 516 4204 or 770 350 9800 and ask for Andy Greider.
